shout out vs shut up!

heard the news from my ex boss at The Body Shop

then an email from one of my friend there

then clicked on cnn.com

then read tino's status on his ym : anita roddick, may she rest in peace...

hmmmm...so sad...sedih banget.. apalagi mengingat-ingat setahun lalu saat gw bertemu muka dengannya, bercerita2 tentang hidup, tentang kerja yang menyenangkan, tentang campaigning. apalagi mengingat spirit yang selalu dia berikan ke gw lewat buku-bukunya, ide2nya tentang campaign, activism, and all the values behind the business. yang bikin gw betah 6 tahun kerja di sana...:-)

because she puts 'fun, freedom to speak and expression' inside 'work'. the kind of place i always loved to be in.... yang selalu bilang bahwa 'travel is a university without walls' yg bikin gw selalu bebas travelling di tengah2 kesibukan kerja. hmmmm, travel book gw tentang JAVA yang udah penuh coretan waktu itu dibawanya balik ke UK...hoping that she'll be back traveling to this country.

tapi Tuhan berkehendak lain... now that she's gone, she'll always be my inspiration. that life is so unusual...that I have to stand strong reaching what i really want in life. that is : free to express myself and my creativity without boundaries!
